One of the most influential musicians in musical history, Jimmy Page is a player who commands the greatest of respect. In the late 70’s, Jimmy purchased a 1959 Gibson Les Paul Standard from guitarist Joe Walsh, a guitar that would come to be known as "No.1" - a guitar that has stayed with Jimmy ever since.
Upgraded with a set of Seymour Duncan Humbuckers to give Jimmy the attack that he so desperately craved and a push/pull pot in the rear volume control to allow for reverse phase wiring, the guitar helped Jimmy capture the iconic riffs of B. B. King and Peter Green at the click of a switch. Still one of the most classic Les Pauls of all time.
