An instrument designed to pay tribute to one of the greatest studio albums of all time and celebrating it's principle architect - Eric Clapton, the TPP Custom Shop "Layla" Stratocaster combines a tribute to the stunning original artwork found on the album "Layla: and other assorted Love Songs" by Derek & The Dominos with the Fender American Eric Clapton Signature Series "Blackie" Stratocaster!
Featuring onboard Mid-Boost, TBX Tone Circuit and upgraded with a set of original Lace Sensor Single Coil pickups (based on the first edition of Clapton's iconic Signature model), this is a fanboy guitar for the ages and features a beautiful Graffiti Yellow base colour finish and beautiful Soft-V Maple Neck.

The ultimate Clapton package, produced exclusively using the Fender American Eric Clapton "Blackie" Stratocaster, the base model features Soft-V Maple Neck, onboard / active Mid-Boost circuit and TBX Tone as per Clapton's own specs, blocked tremolo set for Hardtail play (this can be set to full tremolo accessibility on request) but has been upgraded with a glorious set of Lace Sensor Single Coil Pickups based upon the first iteration of Clapton's Signature model back in the late 80's. This provides the player with one of the most highly regarded Signature models of all time, beautiful hand finished in this affectionate tribute to the original LP cover artwork of the album "Layla: and other assorted Love Songs". Includes complimentary Hardcase.
